We probably asked 50 questions and she answered everyone of them with patience and professionalism. The delivery was on time and the chairs were perfect. It is hard sometimes to make a big purchase online, sight unseen, but Lily made sure we got the chairs that we have been dreaming about for years. I had an OUSTANDING experience with Whole Cubes. 1) I had questions about an item to purchase. I was given FAST, personal, immediate responses to my questions. 2) Shipment was FAST, and I was notified personally of my tracking number and ETA. 3) Though I had a mishap with a shipment of of part that didn't fit, Biljana I had a PERSONAL phone call and saw me through each step to a resolution.
