Stock Items (In-Store Credit)

  • For stock items, we’re happy to provide in-store credit if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase.

Special Orders

  • New furniture and custom orders are made just for you and are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

Delivery & Freight Charges

  • Delivery and freight charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Return Requirements

  • If returning an item, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Items must be sent back in their original packaging and original condition.
