Refund & Return Policy
At Whole Cubes, we want you to love the pieces you choose. While all sales are final, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.
Stock Items (In-Store Credit)
- For stock items, we’re happy to provide in-store credit if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase.
Special Orders
- New furniture and custom orders are made just for you and are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
Delivery & Freight Charges
- Delivery and freight charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Return Requirements
- If returning an item, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging and original condition.
Issuing Store Credit
Once an item is received, inspected, and deemed in original condition, we’ll issue your in-store credit to use toward future purchases.
