Please review the following Terms & Conditions, which apply to all purchases from our showroom and website. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Payment
- Payment in full is required prior to shipment or release of goods.
- A 3% processing surcharge applies to all credit and debit card transactions.
- All sales within Illinois are subject to 10% Illinois sales tax.
2. Shipping Information
- Shipping rates vary by state, allowing us to provide tailored options based on your location.
- A minimum shipping fee of $150 applies to orders shipped outside the Chicagoland area.

3. White Glove Delivery
We offer two levels of premium delivery service:
Commercial White Glove Delivery
- Delivery inside your office or facility
- Placement in the room or area of your choice
- Full assembly and installation by our professional team
- Removal of all packaging and materials
Residential White Glove Delivery
- Delivery to your front door, garage, or covered entry
- Full assembly on-site by our professional team
- Removal of all packaging and materials
4. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Limited returns of stock items may be eligible for in-store credit if returned within 7 days of purchase.
Special orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

5. Condition of Goods
- All furniture is professionally inspected and cleaned prior to sale to ensure quality standards.
- Many of our items are preowned and may show minor signs of use.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect items prior to purchase.
- Unless otherwise noted in writing, items are sold as-is, with no additional warranties expressed or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
Whole Cubes’ responsibility is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchased item, as applicable under our policies. We are not responsible for incidental costs or damages beyond the value of the item purchased.
7. Warranty Information
Whole Cubes provides limited warranty coverage on pre-owned, refurbished, and new furniture:
- Pre-owned & refurbished furniture – Covered for up to 5 years from the date of purchase under normal use. Chair pneumatics and refurbished height-adjustable desks are covered for 2 years.
- New furniture – Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is assigned directly to the purchaser. Whole Cubes makes no other express or implied warranties.
Warranty Service
If a defect in a chair arises and a valid warranty claim is submitted within the applicable warranty period, Whole Cubes will, at its discretion, provide replacement parts (new or refurbished) or exchange the product for one of equal or lesser value.
Exclusions
Warranty service does not cover:
- Cosmetic issues such as mesh, arm pads, or fabrics
- Accessory components such as lumbar pads, PostureFit lumbar supports, headrests, or casters
