Warranty Policy

At Whole Cubes, we take pride in offering high-quality pre-owned, refurbished, and new furniture. Each item is carefully inspected and cleaned before sale, and we stand behind our products with the following warranty coverage:

Pre-Owned & Refurbished Furniture Warranty

  • Covered for 10 years under normal use.
  • If your furniture fails within this period, Whole Cubes will repair or replace it at our discretion.
  • Warranty applies only to replacement parts and components under conditions of normal use.

Important Notes

  • Pre-owned furniture may show minor imperfections consistent with used condition.
  • Each item is professionally cleaned and inspected before being available for purchase.
  • If you discover damaged or defective items:
    • Email your sales representative with a photo and description of the damage/defect.
    • Retain the shipping carton and all materials in case a return is necessary.
  • Whole Cubes is not liable for incidental damages resulting from defects, misuse, transport, or reconfiguration after initial installation.

Special Coverage

  • Chair pneumatics and refurbished height-adjustable desks are covered for 2 years from purchase date.

Not Covered

  • Labor
  • Shipping or packaging costs
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Daily usage beyond a single work shift

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fabric and mesh
  • 24-hour usage
  • Abuse or misuse
  • Damage in transit
  • Natural variations in color or woodgrain

New Furniture Warranty

  • Whole Cubes assigns to purchaser all assignable manufacturer warranties.
  • Whole Cubes makes no other express or implied warranties.
  • New furniture orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Geographic Coverage

This warranty applies only to customers in the contiguous United States. It does not extend to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
